ICMS Certifications provides consultation, documentation support, and facilitation services for various ISO certifications. While we strive to ensure 100% success, the final issuance of the certificate depends on the successful completion of the audit by the respective certification body.

The client agrees to provide accurate, current, and complete information and documents required for the certification process. Any delays caused by incomplete or false information are the sole responsibility of the client.

All fees for our services are clearly communicated prior to the commencement of the process. Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule.

ICMS Certifications shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on this site. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the site after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms.
